High-Protein Chocolate Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl

This is a quick, easy high protein breakfast that will keep you feeling full and balanced. I love to have this as a quick breakfast but it would even make a lovely dessert or snack.

The combination of greek yogurt, protein powder and collagen powder (use code HAPPYHEALTHCC25) make this one protein-packed meal! Those 3 powerhouse ingredients combined with healthy fats from the almond butter and fiber found in the chia seeds and cacao nibs are the key to what makes this bowl so satisfying.

It also has a good balance of sweet and tangy so it offers a nice chocolate-cheesecake flavour which I’m definitely here for.

This bowl is also so versatile and easy to adjust to your liking and texture. Just add more or less liquid depending on how thick you like your yogurt and you can go crazy with all the toppings you enjoy! I like to top mine with cacao nibs, blueberries or raspberries and some crushed up granola – yum!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain, Unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or water

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder I used Good Protein Chocolate Flavour (use code XCAROLINE30)

  • 10 grams Collagen Powder I used Organika Brand (use code HAPPYHEALTHCC25)

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder optional

  • 1.5 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1/4 cup Raspberries or blueberries

  1. In a bowl, add the greek yogurt, almond milk and protein powder and mix with a spoon until well combined then add in the collagen powder, chia seeds and cacao powder (optional) and mix until well combined again (the cacao powder will take some time to incorporate).

  2. Alternatively, add the almond milk, protein powder, collagen powder, chia seeds and cacao powder to a jar with a shaker ball then close the lid and shake to easily combine.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl then add in the greek yogurt and mix to combine.

  4. Drizzle the almond butter on top and garnish with the raspberries as well as granola and/or cacao nibs. Enjoy!!

Additional Toppings: try adding chopped nuts, granola, cacao nibs, other fresh berries, and/or shredded coconut.
