Hi, I’m CAROLINE!

I have struggled with skin health ever since I could remember. I had eczema throughout my whole childhood and later struggled with severe perioral dermatitis around my mouth, nose and eyes. During that time, I had felt so defeated and was deflated to hear that this condition was something that many live with for their whole lives. I had always addressed these issues with temporary solutions such as topical creams, antibiotics, and makeup and perioral dermatitis was no different. But I always knew that there had to be a better way. There had to be a natural, long-term solution that wasn’t detrimental to my health in the long run.

As it turns out, that better way was through diet. I returned to school to dive deep into the world of health and nutrition and gained a whole new perspective on the immense role that food and lifestyle plays on both our skin and overall health.

Nowadays, I’m grateful for my clear skin. I’ve thrown out my “emergency prescription cream”, no longer need to rely on antibiotics and it has been years since I’ve had a serious flare. I’ve since dedicated myself to helping women like me find clear skin through diet so that they can swap the topical creams and makeup for a permanent solution to healthy, glowing skin!

Fun facts about me

  • Depends on the day! I love a warm morning drink and currently I’m loving a black americano, but I’ll often swap this for matcha.

  • I spent a large part of my childhood on my grandparent’s farm and I think that is where much of my love for nature, food and entrepreneurship comes from.

  • Popcorn and dark chocolate!

  • I love to cook at home and create new recipes especially baked goods but I’m also a foodie at heart and enjoy dining out and trying new foods and restaurants.
