If you feel alone in your skin health journey, have tried all of the conventional approaches with no success and are ready to prioritize yourself then 1:1 coaching is for you. We will work together to clear your skin so that you no longer feel like you are living around your perioral dermatitis, and you can wean off of those short-term topical creams for good.

Many insurance companies will cover nutrition and it is generally listed as “Nutritional Counselling or Consultation”. Often nutrition services can also be claimed under a general health and wellness account. A few companies that offer applicable policies include: ClaimSecure, Manulife, Desjardins. Greenshield. iA Financial Group / Industrial Alliance, Blue Cross, SunLife, Johnson Insurance (RTOERO aka retired teachers). That said, it depends on the individual policy and only the insured can call to confirm.

Prior to our initial session, I will ask that you complete my intake forms so that I can gain a good understanding of your current health picture. This will also aid me in ensuring that my recommendations are specific to you during our sessions. During our initial assessment, we will do a deeper dive into your health history and symptoms together so that we can focus on addressing the root cause of your symptoms for a long-term solution. I will then provide diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations to help you tame your skin flares and reach clear skin that you can feel confident in. I also offer follow-up sessions so that we can make any necessary tweaks and act as your accountability partner.

When we work together, I will provide you with access to my secure client portal. All communication between sessions can be done here and it is where I will share session notes, recipes and other resources that have been discussed during our sessions.

This is very individualized and depends on where you are in your health journey as well as the severity of your symptoms. I offer single sessions as well as packages. Read more, here.

I recommend booking at least 1 week in advance as this will allow enough time for you to complete and return the intake forms for review prior to our session.

A minimum of 24 hours is required to rebook or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment time will be billed at 30% of your scheduled appointment fee. 

All sales are final. Multi-session packages must be used within 1-year of booking.
